Melanie Anderson began her career in the concrete construction industry in 2003 as a part time assistant in the human resources department. Melanie gradually accrued more and more responsibilities until ultimately becoming CFO of Division 3 Structures, LLC in 2012. Melanie wears many hats including being the mother of two lovely girls and handling the day to day tasks of running a small business. She has figured out how to balance being a full time CFO and mother. Melanie enjoys the challenge of growing this new and exciting venture and can’t wait to see what the future holds for Division 3 Structures, LLC.
